I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your whole team at Suzuki Bramley for the awesome experience I had recently in buying my new Suzuki Jimny. I have had some really unfortunate experiences and dealings with various Dealerships and Brands in the past that has changed my outlook in life considerably but Suzuki Bramley has showed me what “Customer Service” is really all about. Right from the start when I walked into Suzuki Bramley to look at the new 2018 Model Suzuki Jimny, I had a good feeling about you’re Dealership. You arranged for me to test drive both the Manual and the Automatic version and that assisted me greatly in making my decision easier to buy my first ever Automatic vehicle. I paid my deposit on my new Jimny in May 2019 and then the long wait started but I was always kept in the loop regarding the delivery date of my Jimny, even being offered a different colour option at some point. I had a lot of “unconventional” request on my new Jimny that I’m sure was a first for you guys but you assisted me with every single one of them and I would like to thank you and your whole team for making this purchase experience the best ever. The guys in your Workshop, Parts counter, Migael in the Financing department and even the old man Mario made me feel like I’m now part of the Suzuki Family. There will only be one Brand and one Dealership I will do business with in future and that will be Suzuki Bramley. You Guys and Girls are simply the best.
