I would like to express the wonderful impression and enormous gratitude that I have to Suzuki Bramley in general and to Zanel (a new young lady that only started that day, on Monday 20 January 2020) specifically. I came in to have my annual service on my Suzuki Baleno on Monday 20 Jan 2020 and was greeted warmly by Zanel and you, Cindy. As Zanel helped me with the paper work, I asked her to please ask the mechanics to check an odd sound coming from my car and a squeaky fan. She made some notes and said that she'll definitely pass on the message. When I fetched my car later that afternoon, I found, once again, Zanel's and your friendly smiles greeting me. Not only was my car serviced professionally, punctually, cleaned beautifully but all the concerns that I had were fixed and resolved. Thank you again for the outstanding service at Suzuki Bramley and please send my best compliments to Zanel to your manager/ person in charge.
